Training methods used & main activities

The pedagogical approach of this project was based on Global Education and Non Formal Education principles and values.
The final objectives, contents and programme were defined by pedagogical team having into consideration the profile, needs and motivations of participants and the overall objectives of the long term cooperation project having Youth Employment and entrepreneurship as main target of role.
The focus of the training was on the participants/learners and a learning to learn dimension was also explored.
The co-working format of the training was a quite important element because it contributed for the development of intercultural skills and to promote a “learn to live together” experience.
The training team fostered collective responsibility towards the fulfilment of team and participants’ expectations and cooperative learning was a cross cutting key element of the learning process.
Aware that people have different learning approaches, especially in such a multicultural group, the trainers tried to bring different educational methods to the training (video, drawing, theatre, small groups exercise, debate techniques and others), in order to fulfill everyone’s needs.
Youthpass was considered focus of the training and all training plan were developed in order to explain, disseminate and conclude Youthpass process on the training
