Work experience
I have a BA in History and a MA in Rhetoric and Communication.
Experienced in strategic planning, project and team management, organizing and conducting trainings.
Since 2012 I have dedicated myself to youth work in international context under Youth in Action, Erasmus+, EVS and ESC.
Since 2016 I am founder and director of Smokinya Foundation in Bulgaria - organisation dedicated to local youth, providing learning opportunities, mobility opportunities.
Main focus is ESC QL, and Erasmus+ accreditation. On a daily basis I work with international youth under long-term and short-term ESC mobilities.
As a member of the Bulgarian NA trainers' pool since 2014, I have contributed in improving training curriculum, as well as fair pay for NA trainers in Bulgaria.
