Current occupation

Project manager for POINT OF VYOU Association, writing projects for youth, organizing and facilitating trainings, workshops at local level for local community and at international level for partners community.

Work experience

In the previous year I had facilitated a 10 days TC about healthy lifestyle and global responsibility, that have being developing in Cyprus. For few months I have being created an educational board game for youth and I have facilitated sessions about it at local level. In 4 projects at local and European level I have supported partner NGOs to facilitate workshops about education, peace and graphic library. I have being developed workshops for my community about educational board games and Upcycling.
In the near future I will facilitate 3 training courses at European level about gamification, creative recycling, healthy lifestyle and communication.

Educational pathway

Training of Trainers -"Training for action", ECCA, Spain 2014 – the first interaction with formal trainings in a foreign language, in a very practical way with disadvantaged women.
TOT - “Global responsibility” Moldova 2015 - I had the chance to experiment training to a international level with so many experimented trainers, with great environment about human right and global responsibility that took out the best of me.
Training of Trainers specialization, accredited ANC 2016, COD COR 242401 – this was good to develop the formal part of the training sessions the theory and practice together.
30 training and workshops were I had the opportunity to look at trainings from totally different perspectives, from participant, to organizer, to facilitator, to observer, to trainer, to entertainer and to project manager. I experimented non-formal, informal and formal trainings, with so many experts from different nationalities, diverse backgrounds and methods of sharing and facilitating education in around 10 different countries.
