Synergy Coach - Decoded was a 10-day training course for youth workers who have desire to develop coaching skills. In the training they were offered several different approaches, techniques and space to practice. That was the intended way to go through a learning experience and by reflecting on the personal concepts and ideas to start to develop their own coaching style. One of the purposes of this training was to provide an opportunity to learn and unlearn, to explore personal concepts and how they might be supporting or limiting us.
Participants were able to identify their own style of coaching, develop it and promote it. The training dealt with one main question: “How can I?” and all its implications related to assuming, knowing, not knowing, believing all the way to wanting, daring and doing.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was a full-time co-trainer with responsibilities related to logistics and practicals in the organization of this mobility. Also, my role was to coach a team of 5 youth workers and support them in learning, practicing and using coaching methods, while I myself was delivering group and individual sessions of coaching for them. Meanwhile, among the team members we were also coaching each other as a support system for whatever might come up as a challenge during the mobility.

I worked on this training for 10 days as a full time trainer.
