Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was a full-time co-trainer with responsibilities related to logistics and practicals in the organization of this mobility. Also, my role was to coach a team of 5 youth workers and support them in learning, practicing and using coaching methods, while I myself was delivering group and individual sessions of coaching for them. Meanwhile, among the team members we were also coaching each other as a support system for whatever might come up as a challenge during the mobility.

I worked on this training for 10 days as a full time trainer.
