Hello...I am a freelance youth worker/ trainer/ educator/ consultant based in the South East of Ireland. I have over 15 years experience in youth work, non formal-education and project management. I have particular interest in areas of health and wellbeing, advocacy, media literacy and Global Citizenship Education. Creative approaches lie at the core of my practice provoking curiosity, critical thinking and a capacity to take action for justice issues.

TCA (Transnational Co-operations Activities) is one of the elements of the European Training Strategy of Erasmus+: developed to implement a supportive and quality approach of the Programme.
Its aim is to bring added value and increased quality in the overall Programme implementation and so contribute to increasing the impact of the Programme at systemic level. Types of activities consist of :
Transnational training, support and contact seminars of potential Programme participants;
Transnational thematic activities linked to the objectives, priority target groups and themes of the Programme;
Transnational evidence based analysis of Programme results.
My key responsibilities include:
Project management; including planning, implementation and budgeting
Strategic development; informed by needs analysis and developments in youth, education and training policies
Implementation; design, promotion and recruitment for TCA activities
Training; to my colleagues to raise profile of TCA and to support staff in the implementation of TCA activities
