Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Within the team of 4 trainers I was working with Natalie Jivkova. We had group meetings discussing the learning needs of the participants and creating the general program, while in the smaller team of 2 trainers we were dividing tasks between ourselves and took care of the quality delivery.
As trainers we worked together as a team within the four of us and also within the smaller groups trained by two of us each. Also, we were taking care of the communication and coordination of the logistics with NA and the sub-contractor company organizer of the venue.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
