Aims & objectives

The training deals with topics of body awareness, dance and movement in a group through methods of workshops for self-discovery, rehearsals and performances, workshops by participants, gym exercises and open workshops with the local community.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The training was for registered inhabitants of Greece, Romania,the Netherlands, Latvia, Turkey, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Hungary.

Also, for people who:
want to dance
were over 18 at the start of the training
were physically and mentally ready to take 8-12 hours of physical movement/day in the training.
were willing to live, learn, play, experiment and explore in a multicultural group with diverse social, generational and professional and experiential background

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Full-time co-trainer responsible for practical and logistical tasks, while also working on spot with participants. I was supporting a group of 4 participants by providing them with feedback and video coaching realted to their development in their learning in the mobility.

I worked on this training for 10 days as a full time trainer.
