Lego serious play facilitator and drama trainer/ supervisor
For years I have been traveling in two worlds-education and expeditions. Through the use of creative methods, based on a holistic approach, I strive to provide value to intercultural groups, in the form of their development, discovery of meaning and change of attitudes. Through the methodologies of drama and lego serious play, I conduct development workshops, both for institutions and individual participants, in the areas of inclusion, intercultural learning, facilitation, creating development strategies, problem solving and creating action strategies.
1. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
Under the framework of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, I provide tailored workshops covering areas such as organizational development, cross-cultural integration, strategic enterprise analysis, creativity, employee development, inclusivity, and more. Each workshop is meticulously tailored to the client's needs, with a maximum of 12 participants per session. Workshop duration and intensity are determined on an individual basis for each client.
2. Education
Education has always been of great value to me, but it was constantly lacking something. The knowledge and skills imparted by teachers or instructors were not fully absorbed by me, and the form of delivery was simply boring and uninvolving.
Through years of experimenting with different approaches and methodologies, I finally discovered an approach that provides holistic learning for participants.
Using the methods of applied drama, tools of the theater of the oppressed and storytelling, I have developed a holistic educational approach that is based on experiential learning. My approach is based on a "holistic" approach to the participant. First, he or she has the opportunity to actively experiment-experience in the safe conditions of the training room a given situation, then analyze it, draw conclusions, and create opportunities to effectively use the developed skills in practice, in his or her everyday life. Additional elements of the approach include in-depth mentoring, effective feedback and ongoing reflection on the process of competence development.
The main topics she works with include: cross-cultural integration, storytelling, social inclusion, soft skills development, public speaking, self-worth discovery, and stress management. The workshop takes the form of a group process, tailored to the expectations and capabilities of the client.
