Main objective is to raise the awareness of young people, leaders, youth workers regarding the importance of non-formal education, the importance of certification of this knowledge by European standards (Youthpass, europass ) .
One of the most important aspects is to develop and widen the recognition of this type of knowledge, particularly of non-formal learning competencies . The most effective way to achieve this goal is to invite people who work in the sector to share their ideas , concepts , and eventually developed new tools and knowledge that will serve to change this negative aspect.
For the goals of the project consider :
- familiarize participants with the concept of Youthpass as an educational program and the opportunities offered by the Erasmus +
- a strategy better understanding of youth work and non-formal education
- develop the competence of participants in non-formal education strategy planning and intercultural learning with a particular focus on the structure of the learning process
- replacement of tools and methods used in working with young people in the field of " self- education " and encourage them to participate actively in social life

The project will emphasize the importance of organization and reevaluate their own education , particularly through work in an intercultural environment , but also through the implementation of their ideas in the work on the ground locally.
Four groups of youth (16-25 years), each consisting of 10 people. The project were invited: the Czech Republic, Latvia, Slovakia and Poland.

The subject of the project is extremely important in the Convention engage young people in the aspect of education NGO, which is the fulfillment of their knowledge acquired at school or at university.
