Work experience
As a President and founder of NGO SFERA Macedonia i can say i have a lot of experience in the field, exactly 9 years of full working with different issues, topics related to civic and social manners. In this past 9 years i have worked also in a company as analytics, economist and sales manager but my love to the youth work never stooped and its one of the reasons why i'm doing this. I want a society where people can know their right and they can use all the opportunity that are given this days to the youngsters.
I started working in NGO Group Felix in 2006 as Project Coordinator in Street Magazine called "Ulica" which was project for the marginalized groups in Macedonia.
Then in 2007 we founded our NGO with aim of awareness of fire protection and then in 2014 we change it to sustainable development organization working on green projects.
In 2010 I made my first steps to the facilitating experience in local project and regional events. And in 2011 wen i made a good experience i started working as trainer, freelancer in our project and project where i got invited.
During this years i have been part of more then 50 project from Youth in Action, Erasmus + program, been on short and long EVS, many seminars and conferences form the NA, SALTO, Foundations, Networks which give me a spread of information's and topic which i can input and knowledge.
