We also want to pay attention to appearing more and more often the problem of discrimination and exclusion from social life obese people. Implementation of the project we want to build on the pillars of mutual understanding, support and respect for others. We want participants to realize that sport and a healthy lifestyle plays in their life role, particularly in the fight against social exclusion, how much developing our ambitions, motivates you to take action and initiatives in every aspect of life, teaches tolerance, openness, sense understanding and encouraged to assist another human being. The skills and knowledge gained in the project to enable young people to start their adult life, a sense of security and confidence, control over their bodies (physically and emotionally), and also easier to find their place in the labor market.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The participants of this project are: young people of Poland, Turkey and Italy, along with the leaders. Each group will consist of 10 participants and 2 youth leaders. During the talks with our partners we have analyzed the potential participants of the project. We found that both on our side and the partners, there is a large group of young people at risk of exclusion, and which through its participation in the activities may be activated by and inspired to additional actions. In our group, more than half of the participants are in a different situation from the other. These are mainly people from impoverished areas, agriculture and located in a relatively large distance from major urban centers. In addition come the socio-economic obstacles. Some people come from broken or single-parent families with many children from areas with high unemployment. Several people have health problems. All our participants are in the age group 18-25 years. The main criterion for selection of youth was primarily their willingness to act and participate in our project, strong motivation (motivation to change both themselves and their environment) and interest in the subject project.
