Aims & objectives

The main objective of the youth exchange "ecologic" is to promote pro-environmental attitudes and entrepreneurship among young people by raising awareness among them, not only the importance of the creation of a "second life" products, once used, but also through the exchange of ideas and experiences between young Europeans that will help them in future. Connection concept of entrepreneurship and environmental issues in relation to young people, according to the present reality. Unemployment among educated young people is constantly increasing in all European countries.
Based on the research, "Eurostat", the number of young people with higher education, remaining without permanent employment exceeds the level of unemployment that does not have such education in general, or in its basic form. A side effect of the financial crisis has become a growth of social irresponsibility in the context of environmental impact, especially among the "new" members of the EU, where identity and culture environment are low. By combining the themes of entrepreneurship and the environment and to focus on strengthening young people's awareness of European science solutions and techniques for the implementation of the "second life" useless products / waste, the goal we hope to achieve by:
- Learning and the exchange of new methods on how to achieve this goal,
- Create in young people a pro-entrepreneurial attitudes, so that they can perform important step in their lives,
- Construction of the "nature-friendly"
- Pay attention to the problem of limited resources and support to promote the idea of a "second life" products,
- Promoting informed choices,
- Building a creative and new solutions in relation to knowledge, which will help more people;

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Countries: Poland, Macedonia, Italy. Our group of participants are young people, including 30 people and 6 leaders (10 people and two leaders from each country). The theme of our project is the issue of entrepreneurship in different countries. The period of the past several months made us realize that all of Europe is struggling with a huge wave of economic crisis, resulting in loss of employment or lack of job creation. The most at this point to the impact of this factor are at risk young people, only ending their adventure education, without a lot of baggage of experiences and skills. An additional negative aspect is the exclusion among young people, which manifests itself in different versions- economic, social, religious, often exposing people from economically disadvantaged areas to omit, or worse treatment to communities with large urban centers. It is for young people from the regions with the lowest income per capita and from agricultural areas we want to dedicate our project. The gray everyday life of these communities makes young people with fewer opportunities is often not appreciated by the teachers, because of the difficult financial situation does not have the right conditions to learn or is not in itself sufficient determination to make a difference in your life. Through a joint environmental workshops, working in international groups, meetings with experts and good fun we want to build a sense of unity among the participants, work out a lot of ideas and recharge their batteries for positive action. We are aware how much creating something from scratch, transforming and "giving new life" products, in the form of recycling can help us to combat negative social phenomena as such. Discrimination and in building motivation to take the initiative to change the social and economic status. We will be tuned our participants to act, eliminate the feeling of indifference and resign, triggering a good and optimistic mood. Each of us with great commitment, broad vision and motivation to achieve the proceeds to implement the same project. At the joint workshop in an accessible way, we will move the issue of social exclusion, unemployment and encourage young people to think, how to deal with the situation, not only at individual, but also society. The subject of our project is largely dependent on the participants, because that's what their problems will be measured and based on materials prepared by them. We believe that through openness to otherness, we become more active and willing to act.
