I intend to work more and more in training youth workers in soft skills, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, creative problem solving, conflict transformation and group management.
To make it happen, I am currently working in designing a project on emotional intelligence through the use of music, body movement and colours as well as one on leadership through theatrical and outdoor challenges.
Last but not least, as I believe love is the biggest force to making things happen, I am creating with a collegue of mine a retreat on love and sex awareness and expression.
FORMAL EDUCATION
PhD in Human Science (anthropological curriculum) University of Perugia - 2014-2018.
I carried out an ethnography on the intergenerational myth of origins, exile and return among Georgian IDPs (internally displaced persons). The research included a focus on anthropology of formal and informal education (during the fielwork).
The PhD gave me the opportunity of practicing public speaking (presenting the research at seminars and conferences) and lecturing (I delivered a 2-month NFL workshop); then I learnt how to communicate with both grassroots and institutional stakeholders, as well as organising cultural events (volunteering in conference organisation and implementation) .
NON-FORMAL EDUCATION
Since 2014 I have attended an avarage of 3 trainings (courses, workshops, retreats, etc.) per year on personal and professional development. Most recent ones have been on:

- oppressed theatre (2019)
- emotional intelligence (2018)
- coaching (2017, 2018, 2019)
- storytelling and media (2018).
In 2014 I experienced a long-term EVS in Tbilisi that 'launched' me into youth non-formal education projects as a 'professional wannabe' (Droni Youth Organisation, Georgia).
