Training methods used & main activities

NFE for phase 1 (coworking for phase 2 and 3) especially following the do-no-harm principles of peace and confidence building projects. Ice-breaking and teambuilding activities have played a major role to build trust among participants, as we have dealt with youth coming from war-torn land an post-conflict societies, including some internally displaced ones among them. Therefore improvisation theatre, cooking together, outdoors expeditions proved to be fundemental keys to open the doors of coworking, which later included world cafè, electric wire debate, intercultural presentations.

Outcomes of the activity

PArticipants accessed the phase 2 and 3 of the project and completed all its part, implementing 4 short independent but interconnected films, supporting and giving each other feedback during the shooting, editing and post-producing work.
