Soft skills are complex competencies including a know what, know how, and know why based set of behaviours, mindsets, tools and habits that support
people to successfully reach their personal and professional objectives through an appreciated and fair process. The labour market is requiring soft
skills more and more than hard ones - and crisis time too!

In this TC, we aim to develop specific soft skills required by the participants in their job. These soft skills will help them to fit better in the modern labour market requirements and will improve the way they manage the stress and the obstacles they may face during their activities. Another goal will be to provide them tools they will use to develop soft skills within their target groups.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants are active in youth and social work, as well as in education, 21+ from Italy, Croatia, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Germany, Estonia

Training methods used & main activities

YouthWork ReHab will happen in an intercultural environment and using non-formal learning methods.

The TC roots on trainers’ educational model Radical
Learning based on systemic coaching and experiential
learning strategies, methodologies and methods
gathering somatic awareness, somatic wisdom, artistic
expression and emotional awareness for crossing soft-skills and learning as a dynamic, synergetic and interactive youth working subject.

Outcomes of the activity

The training challenged participants'comfort zone, and strechted their learning in creative problem solving, effective and efficient communication as well as conflict transformation. They all got to improve their competences by growing their mindset, adjourning their tool box and having match their personal and professional development.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Designing the training programm and coordinating the educational flow as well as specific activities.

I was co-training with Davide Ricca.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
