Improving youth worjers' communication competence and impact

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

30 participants from Italy, Czech Republic, Azerbaijan, Ukrain, Georgia, Spain; working team Czech and Italian.

Training methods used & main activities

Non-formal education, Kolb's learning cycle.

My contribution was based mainly on:
- silenti activities,
- artistic mediators,
- body movement.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants' toolbox enriched meaningfully and consciously, specifically because of the spacious time provided to self-evaluation moments, such as debriefing, families and interlinking training activities with the Kolb's cycle and youth work in life back home.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Caring of problem solving activities thorugh communication; enhancing communication competencies via art, body and silence.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
