Work experience

I've been cooperating with several organizations and European networks, both in YIA framework and in every E+ actions and sectors, including a Leonardo internship in European project management and facilitation. I'm always looking for new opportunities for youth and organization to develop competences and learning attitude. My main topics are: Erasmus+ project design and management, employability, EU awareness and opportunities, inclusion.

Educational pathway

I graduated in Psychology and Erasmus Mundus Master Degree in Organizational Psychology and HR.
I attended many Youth in Action and Erasmus+ training course as a participant, trainer and/or organizer.
I'm a victim of the program!
Once I discovered the importance of non-formal education, I just wanted to work more on this field and put all my effort to disseminate what I learned and all the opportunities for youth, trying to find a middle way to integrate non formal learning experience in the formal framework (e.g. school and university workshops) a well as in Vocational and adult education.
What else? Long-term training in social and forum theater techniques.
Train a group of people is a unique experience in terms of learning, sharing and growing.
