Aims & objectives

I've been facilitating an international group of teachers, trainers and youth workers to transfer the methods of Photovoice, in the framework of a great conference on non-formal education where around 30 facilitators where delivering 22 methods based on learning by doing.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

My team featured mainly people from Romania, Sweden and Poland, although the facilitator team and the participants of the conference where coming from all around Europe.

Training methods used & main activities

ice breaking, team building, interactive games, energizers, image theatre, outdoor activity, problem ad solution tree, Photovoice method with orientation, observation and editing of a audiovisual content.

Outcomes of the activity

We had a final presentation in the city museum where participants showed 2 different movies addressing issues detected around the city and sharing their ideas, debating with the audience and stakeholders in order to propose solution.

I was the trainer of my group.

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
