Aims & objectives

PROJECT OBJECTIVES
- Gather, share and create best EVS sending practices, focusing on their return in their home countries, in order to provide better opportunities for them to feel more integrated once they are back or more prepared for any other international experience.
- Obtain youth workers with skills that empower volunteers who return through support in their sense of initiative and can remain active citizens in the local community.
- Create new methods and / or tools that can go through the difficult time to return from a mobility experience, specifically related to how to overcome the reverse cultural shock.
- Raise the quality of the EVS project, understanding how new tools and media can be used to make volunteers feel that the EVS experience, as a whole, never really ends and has served them for lifelong learning.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Profile of the participants:
• 19 participants from the youth sectors.
• 17 partners from 17 organizations, from 15 countries, very experienced in EVS
