MOBLITY PROJECTS FOR YOUTH WORKERS
So far, I was involved in developing, writing and implementing as project manager 12 Erasmus+ youth mobility projects for youth workers. These projects gathered a total of 16 international TCs where I co-trained over 443 people from European and partner countries, on the following topics: Innovative approach on monitoring and evaluation of youth activities, Organisational Development in the youth sector, Improving the quality of EVS projects (under the former EVS programme), Volunteer’s engagement in the new online era - use of digital competences and innovative online tools, Inclusion of second generation migrants, Community organising and Online communication and collaborative working tools for youth workers.
STRATEGIC PROJECTS FOR YOUTH WORKERS
Now I am involved as partner organisation in two Erasmus+ KA2 youth strategic projects, one with 4 and the other with 6 European partners. My role is project manager and intellectual output developer. The topics of the IOs are: 1 – Online and offline Methodology and tools for youth workers on the topic of challenge management for rural youth and 2 – Developing Digital methodology and tools for youth workers in general and also specific curricula on 5 topics of Agenda 2023 (training courses on a Moodle platform).
I am also implementing a strategic project on adult education on the topic of personal development.
