Aims & objectives

"Think Week" was the third activity of the cycle "Plan B - Strengthening the Resilience of Youth Organizations" which aimed to prepare youth workers, educators, coordinators, managers of youth organizations to develop resilience strategies in terms of organizational and people management with a focus on supporting beneficiaries in the times of crisis.

Objectives were:
To gather participants from previous activities to finalize organizational resilience and sustainability strategies which would ensure their future organizational development, memory and knowledge transfer
To showcase the importance of (self)reflection through a simulation of a Think Week by providing participants with a full self-reflection day as an opportunity
To develop Plan B publication which will include tools and recommendations regarding resilience and sustainability of youth organizations based on experience and knowledge gained through the process

Outcomes of the activity

Participants learned to develop organizational resilience and sustainability strategies which would ensure their future organizational development, memory and knowledge transfer.

Participants learned how to structure and develop a publication which has included a series of tools and recommendations regarding resilience and sustainability of youth organizations based on experience and knowledge gained through the process.
