I am an active member of the organisation and am involved in training activities for the capacity building of the network and the organisation.

May 2022: Trainer at the Training Course "Health & Wellbeing Through Nature-based Methods", Czechia (8 days). For youth workers, young people and change makers active in the field of non-formal and experiential learning with focus on personal and community development. It aimed at developing practises for personal health and wellbeing through nature-based methods, as well as community building experiences. Nature is seen as a teacher, which activates new perspectives, solutions and tools for young people so they can create authentic and sustainable changes in their lives, their communities and professional work. November 2021: Training Course "Let's Play!", Hanover, Germany (6 days). This was the 3rd and last activity of IYNF's educational cycle "Climate Games - The Way to Justice!" in 2021 and it included a Training Course and a Conference. The main aim of the activity was to enable young people, stakeholders and decision makers to gain knowledge about the use of games for climate education and participate in an exchange between NGO stakeholders and political decision makers.

November 2019: Trainer at the International Conference and Training Course "Fruits of Activism", Brussels, Belgium (5 days). The Training Course prepared the participants to present their initiatives at Conference, by developing presentation skills and knowledge, such as tools and methods to prepare a presentation, elements of a good presentation, communication skills, time management, the importance of feedback and how to offer and receive it with quality. The International Conference was the space for participants to present their initiatives and it also gathered guests, consisting of representatives from different youth organisations, EU institutions, the private sector and unions, who delivered workshops, talks or were involved in discussion panels. August 2019: Trainer at the Training Course with Workcamp elements "Local Community: from Zero to Hero", Srebrenica, Bosnia & Herzegovina (15 days). Main topics: Community Development, Rural Development, Project Management, Volunteer Management. The activiry included training sessions, practical experience of a workcamp, lab of community development (hands-on approach through activities with the local community), planning follow-up activities to implement at the local communities of the participants and study visits. A E-manual was created as an output and mean of dissemination.

June 2019: Trainer at the Training Course "Structures of Activism", France (5 days), with youth workers, young leaders and volunteers from the International Young Naturefriends network. The training created the space to develop skills related to the creation, implementation and realization of activist projects. Main topics: project management, finances and fundraising, communication and leadership skills.

November 2017: Trainer at the Training Course with Conference elements "Raise Your Voice!", The Netherlands (6 days), with 31 young people from 16 different countries, to to discuss recent challenges and potentialities for becoming active within societies in which migration has become normal to different extents. Production of a Position Paper.

- August 2017: Trainer at the Training Course with Seminar elements "Be Borderfree", Germany (7 days) with a group of 34 participants engaged or highly interested in youth work with young refugees and migrants, several of them with own migration background. Draft of Guidelines for quality youth work for the promotion of intercultural dialogue, equity and social justice in relation to young migrants and refugees.

- October 2016: Trainer and facilitator of the annual planing meeting "D-e-zign it!", Macedonia (5 days), attended by 30 representatives of 15 member and partner organisations of the network. Planing the programme based on the needs of the network and participants, coordination of the team, delivering training sessions and facilitating the creation of projects together with a colleague trainer and the logistics team, evaluation and report to funders. As as result from this event there were concrete project proposals to be implemented in 2017.

Project coordinator with International Young Naturefriends:
Design of the plan of international activities for 2017 - "Borderfree Solidarity": assessment of the needs of the network, concept of the flow of 3 activities, grant application to the Czech National Agency Erasmus+ - Youth in Action KA1 and Workplan of the European Youth Foundation, managing teams of trainers, facilitating the processes of creation and dissemination of pedagogical materials related to the topic of the year.

Cascais Municipality & Rota Jovem Youth Association:
Leader of international workcamp, Portugal
- July 2018 (15 days), July 2017 (15 days), July 2016 (15 days): Training and managing a group of 20 volunteers coming from 10 countries from 3 different continents, to fulfil the aim of renovating public spaces and animate the community in a social neighbourhood.
- June 2012 (15 days): Training and managing and group of 20 international volunteers, to fulfil the aim of renovating a primary school and implement a vegetable garden.
- July & August 2011 (1 month): Training and managing of 20 international volunteers, to fulfil the aims of 1) renovating the outdoor spaces of a mental health centre and run sociocultural and sports activities with the residents 2) creating and presenting a street art performance with theatre and percussion to promote volunteering and active participation.

- November 2015: Trainer & facilitator at a Youth Exchange “Once Upon a Time There Was Something Called Europe”, Portugal (7 days): youth exchange gathing 20 young people coming from 5 different countries focused on youth participation and media.

Coordinating an European Voluntary Service project hosting 9 international volunteers integrated in different local organisations of Faro working with youth. Applications to Erasmus+ programme, articulation with international and local partners, management of the integration programme, training, coaching, monitoring and evaluation of the volunteers.
Promoting informative actions about mobility and training opportunities for young people through peer education methods.

- November 2014: Leader of International Youth Exchange, Spain (9 days): "Get Moving – an artistic journey against social exclusion" was a youth exchange gathering 36 young people from 6 different countries, using theatre, photography, video and community kitchen as means to combat social inequality.

Rota Jovem youth association:
