Aims & objectives

Training course created in order to
build coordinators' capacity to support
volunteers, and to help them to discover their
skills and interest.

The objectives were:
- Clarify the role of the coordinator in
volunteering projects;
- Exchange techniques and tools about
recruitment and training of volunteers;
- Learn about management of volunteering
projects, different monitoring and evaluation
activities and provision of activities to
voluneers;
- Develop strategies for fostering the
volunteer's learning path.

15 participants coordinators of volunteers and youth workers) from Greece, Poland, Italy, Spain and United Kingdom
Trainers team composed by me and another trainer from Romania
