2019 - 2020: Programme Coordinator at Lifelong Learning Platform (Brussels, Belgium): Design and writing of project proposals and related documents; fundraising, administrative and financial management of projects and partnerships; logistical support to the organisation of projects' events; management of dissemination and exploitation of projects' results; coordination of advocacy activities in collaboration with the Policy, Advocacy
and Campaigning officers; coordination of the Member Organisations' project managers community; organisation of trainings for Member Organisations on project management, partnerships and fundraising; coordination of partnerships and start-up of new networking initiatives.

2018 – 2019: Project Manager at EAEA - European Association for the Education of Adults (Brussels, Belgium) - General coordination, administration and reporting of projects; participation in project meetings; preparing information on projects for internal and external audiences; contributing to EAEA events; working with the Secretary General and the Policy Officer on general EAEA issues.

2016 - 2018: Project and Policy Officer at OBESSU (Brussels, Belgium) - Organising Bureau of European School Student Unions.
Conceptualization and planning of projects (content, budget, logistics). Contact with OBESSU’s Member and Candidate organisations regarding their participation in the projects. Contact with hosting organisations, partners and other actors regarding the projects. Responsibility over events implementation, including financial management. Follow-up and reporting of the projects. Preparing applications for grants from the European Commission, Council of Europe and other institutions or foundations relevant to the activities of OBESSU. Monitoring European (and global) policy developments in the field of education, training and youth. Supporting the OBESSU Board in their policy work, especially through policy briefings.
