Knowing where to look is half the trick. Then, be ready to be hit by the bus coming from the other side. That's the other half.
Riccardo Brunetti has 3 references for past work as a trainer.
Psychology Professor, Trainer, Theatre artist.
I am a University Professor and scientific researcher: I have extensive experience holding lectures, leading workshops, training courses both in formal and non-formal contexts. I have worked in the Performing Arts (Theatre and Music) field since I was a kid. I have worked internationally with topics including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), intercultural contact, youth work, with methodologies inspired by theatre and creativity. At the same time I also work in conflict management, group dynamics trainings, and active citizenship. I am interested mainly in stimulating people's ideas about personal and social development, conflict, and how to manage complex systems.
I honestly think that the bus that hits us every now and then (namely, experience) is a good proof that we usually need to be aware of the gap between good ideas and effective actions.
I have been trained in psychology, theatre, music, and conflict management.
For me, the most important thing is to learn how to apply and use the hundreds of tools we have at hand. How to interpret and how to suggest the right thing to the right person. It is also crucial to be aware of our place in a situation: to remember: who we are, who we were, and who we wanted to become. I have been introduced to these practices by many people, by means of many different activities. And everytime I lead a group, I luckily always find someone who reminds me of who I am and who I am continuously becoming.
I have to admit that I have learned much more about conflicts, peace, and intercultural contact, by doing theatre or playing with people from all over the world. ... and from children who are among the greatest masters around.
