Work experience
Have organised and was a trainer on dozens of educational events for youth in Ukraine, as well as abroad: Wales, Italy, Cyprus, Norway, Bulgaria, Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.
A facilitator of British Council Active Citizens program.
The main topics I have delivered trainings in are:
- Digitalisation and personal branding;
- Project planning/development/management;
- Fundraising possibilities within the Erasmus+/Council of Europe EYF program/Black Sea Trust/Visegrad,
- Employability skills and entrepreneurship;
- Motivational and Business Letter Writing;
- Storytelling.
Motivated and helped to raise new trainers and civil activists in Ukraine.
My educational events are always interactive, and the trainees are thoroughly involved.
Educational pathway
MASTER OF ARTS IN APPLIED LINGUISTICS -
during the study I have received deep knowledge of languages, English and translation, interactions in society, the power of language and how it affects people, and, thanks to the British Council and Window to America courses, the feeling of being an important part of Europe and the world.
PHD candidate in SOCIAL COMMUNICATION -
taught me to search for the main ideas and be precise.
Youth in Action training on project management and YiA opportunities called ProChange held in Moldova:
gave me a deep understanding and involvement in the YiA program and writing Youth in Action/Erasmus+ applications - on my first-ever project!
Non-formal trainings and also actions and initiatives in my NGO: I learned more about human rights, media relations, new media, NGOs, project management, time management, oratorical skills, ways of communicating with the police and authorities etc.
UNDP/Ministry of Youth of Ukraine YouthWorker multistage program: gave me a thorough understanding of the systems and mechanisms on working with youth in Ukraine.
Now I am studying Norwegian language and society in the integration program in Kongsvinger, Norway.
