About:

I work in the youth field since 15 years, firstly as team leader in workcamps and then as trainer in YiA projects and now Erasmus+. I try to be serious and funny at the same time especially during training in order to keep the control of the participants but at the same time leave a good memory of myself. I love traveling, trying new food and explore new culture. I was involved in Youth Projects in Africa, Asia and U.S. and did Erasmus, EVS, Leonardo, Tempus so I am ready for EU pension!!

-2012-2017 Member of Magenta city council with delegation to youth and culture.
-Till 2013 President of the International Youth Association Young Effect Association and funder in 2009.
-I was European Voluntary Service coordinator for Joint Association in Milan
-Erasmus and EVS coordinator in Antalya (Turkey) University for about 2 years.
-I was helping in the organization of Salto trainings during my stay in Turkey.
-In the past I was working as marketing researcher for several companies.

Educational pathway

I have a degree in Sociology from University Bicocca of Milan, with 1 year Erasmus in the University of Nantes (France). I did lot of trainings with Salto and Council of Europe. These experiences have been very important for me as now I regularly use the tools learnt during trainings in my local activities and also during my projects in Italy and abroad. Moreover I got several contacts that I still use in the organization of trainings both as hosting or sending partner.
