Training methods used & main activities

The activities used were based on non-formal education approach.
To empower the youngesters in their job search, we have used the following tools: teambuilding activities, energisers, "Starting points" (simulation of the job market and buying/paying capacity reflection); "Thinking tank" (combination of working groups+presentation by participants, the fishbowl method, and the agree-disagree discussion method); "Mute director" (trying on different roles, communication through non-verbal methods, visual imput involved by the participants); "Emperor's pot" (simulation of intercultural negotiations process), simulations of job interviews with difficulties that may arise.

Outcomes of the activity

The success of the project was shown by the final evaluation: most of the participants scaled most of the questions 70 and above (on the scale of 0-100).
Apart from non-formal and in-formal process, the participants have also gathered around 110 answers on questionnaire regarding youth unemployment, the publication on results is being developped.
