Aims & objectives

• To empower young people raising their self-esteem and stimulating their creativity
and sense of entrepreneurship;
• To identify participants’ perspectives about social entrepreneurship in their own
social contexts;
• To extend participants’ knowledge about initiative, innovation and creativity and
their effect on social work;
• To help participants to reach enterprising qualities that can be used for the public
good;
• To encourage the participants to link social work and entrepreneurship as a
means of working towards the public good;
• To encourage the participants to become the main actor of sustainable change
within their own organization/ community;
• Develop the networking potential of partner organisations and build partnerships
that would increase the understanding of the concept of social entrepreneurship
and innovation.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participating countries:
Czech Republic, Georgia, Greece, Lithuania, Romania, Spain, Ukraine, Turkey

Number of participants: 36

The participants profle was:

- 18+;
- Youth workers, youth leaders, activists on European level involved in everyday work with young people;
- Interested in topic of social entrepreneurship;
- Open to learn and implement new collaborative economic tools that can be used in their daily work;
- Motivated to develop their personal and professional competencies in international
environment (to improve their skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving,
presentation, facilitation and conflict management);
- Willing to participate actively and share knowledge, expertise and positive energy with the other participants.

Training methods used & main activities

NFE methods: brainstorming, gallery, forum theatre, storytelling, teamwork and presentations by participants

Outcomes of the activity

During the "walking scale" final evaluation, all participants involved in the activity gave a 10 out of 10 to the question "The overall quality of the project"

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was a full-time trainer for 7 days, the only trainer, responsible for the creation of the program, preparation for and delivery of the sessions, also took care of some participants' health and wellbeing.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
