On-arrival training for EVS volunteers

The aim of the training is to support young people upon their arrival to the volunteer service (European Voluntary Service specifically).

Young people 18-30 from 10 different EU countries

Interactive non-formal learning methodology with outdoor experiential learning elements

Young people are ready to address cultural diversity, obtained skills in team work, conflict resolution, personal development, project management.
