Aims & objectives

The training was aimed at developing competences of youth workers to use experiential learning outdoor methodology and other non-formal education methods in their work with young people in order to increase their employability.

6 partner organizations from EU and EECA

Interactive non-formal education methods, especially, outdoor experiential methodology (night hike, etc.)

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Developing and delivering the programme as trainer and expert on employability and volunteering, preparing narrative report

I worked on this training for 10 days as a full time trainer.
