Aims & objectives

Long-term training course on promoting human rights education and intercultural learning in Russian speaking communities, involving national minorities from 7 countries, supported by EU Youth in Action Programme and the European Youth Foundation (Council of Europe)

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants were youth workers, trainers and youth leaders from national minorities from 7 countries - Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Estonia

Interactive non-formal learning methodology

Participants have obtained competences in promoting intercultural learning while working with youth from Russian-speaking communities

Developing and delivering training courses, drafting narrative reports

I worked on this training for 22 days as a full time trainer.
