International Training Course “1on1: Interpersonal relationships in youth work”

Aims & objectives

Training youth workers to work with coaching, counselling young people, guiding in choosing career path. Special focus on working with vulnerable youth and youth from marginalized backgrounds.

12 partner organizations from EU and EECA

Training methods used & main activities

Interactive non-formal learning methods - group building methods, interactive discussions, small group work, role plays, lots of practical tasks - coaching each other, counselling each other, etc.

Participants obtained skills to work with coaching, counselling young people, guiding in choosing career path.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Developing and delivering the programme as trainer and expert on employability and volunteering, preparing narrative report.

I worked on this training for 10 days as a full time trainer.
