VET Schools, Agencies of Employment and NGOs – Italy
Career Guidance counsellor and pathway manager to guide adults and youngsters toward job opportunities and academic careers. Facilitation of individual and group sessions online and offline.

2019 on going
Local Municipalities, Schools and Public Bodies- Italy
Facilitator for Workshops in Schools (students from 3 to 19 years old) using different tools like gamification and educational robotics for promoting teamwork and active citizenship. I have experience with Bee- Bot / MBot /Lego We.Do. and e.Do Comau Experience.
For 2 years I was also the Coordinator of Educational Service and led a team of 25 people for educational services in Schools, Youth Centre and Summer Camps.

2023 Study Visit “Switzerland goes to Europe” – Switzerland. It was a visit aimed at sharing good practices in Youth Work related to the EGL process and to write an Erasmus Plus project together.
2021 Study Visit “Grass Root Voices” - exchange of good practices in Youth Work - Italy
2019 Trainer, Facilitator and Youth Worker in a Youth Exchange “A.C.E. – Active Citizens in Europe” – Italy. I facilitated 30 youngsters under the age of 18 with an Italian colleague to promote structured dialogues and the conceptualization of ideal cities for young people.
2018 Participation in a final event of a Ka2 in Romania about Youth Work.
2018 Trainer for a Training Course ka1 “Shared Responsibility” – Spain. The training focused on spreading the tools and results of Ka2 (see above), which I facilitated with a Spanish colleague.

2017- on going Participant in Conferences in Lubiana- Slovenia /2018 Cascais- Portugal / 2022 Cluj- Napoca- Romania for the EGL – “European goes Local” process. I was one of the speakers representing Eu Youth Workers in Cluj.
2017 Trainer for Salto “The power of words” – Poland. It was a training about the power of words, especially in social media.
2016/2017 Tot – Training of Trainers – Hungary, Germany and Italy.
2016 Training Course “Europeers” – Polonia. The aim was to promote Erasmus Plus in your country and among other Italian Peers.
2016 Training Course “SEA – Social Entrepreneurship” – Cyprus. It was about self-entrepreneurship in the third sector.
