Aims & objectives

Erenköy Zihnipaşa Halk Eğitim Merkezi has written this project in collaboration with its European network to tackle the development of personal skills and competences of young persons to help them mature and give them a better opportunity for employment. The importance of youthpass and how it may be used will be explained in detail during our training course and the programme will concentrate a lot around the 8 competences of the Youth in Action Programme.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

We had 26 Participants. The partner organisations came from Armenia, Estonia, Belarus, Hungary, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Moldovia, Romania, Ukraine, Malta, Georgia and Turkey as hosting country.

Training methods used & main activities

Non formal education was used during the TC. Several activities typical of this kind of education were used as team building activities, ice breakers, workshops, group discussion, self evaluation etc.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants reflected about competence acquired during the TC and some other EU projects they attended. The project gave them the opportunity to better understand the concept of non formal learning and they can use it their local activities.
