I see my mission as supporting individuals, groups and organisations in the process of change, which can be acculturation process of a volunteer coming to new culture, regaining self-confidence and finding a place on the job market, connecting to individual own’s potential and overcoming fears and self-limiting beliefs in order to take a courage and come up with a new plan.

TC - Czech Republic, November 2009: international training organised by Czech National Agency focusing on the issues of culture, multiply identity, interculturality, challenges connected with working in the intercultural groups as well as basics of project management.
9. International Networking Event, Kiev, Ukraine, September 2009 - international event organised by British Council in the frame of "Intercultural Navigators" programme. The aim of the event was to empower participants of the "Intercultural Navigators" programme as well as enable them to network and work on the common projects.
10. "Coach2Coach" - training for coaching in youth work; Konstancin-Jeziorna, Poland, April 2008. International TC on developing competences of coaches who were supporting young people realising their projects in the frame of "YiA" programme.
In 2008 I graduated from post-graduate studies on “Group Training” at Warsaw School of Social Psychology (Laboratory of Psychoeducation).
In 2018 I graduated from post-graduate studies of Non-violent Communication.
I have also diploma of pos-graduate studies on group training and coaching as well as master degree in Management and Marketing obtained at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
I did also several trainings for trainers on such issues as: conflict management, diversity management, team building and alternative methods in trainings.
