Aims & objectives

1.Aims & objectives:
- to give some space to the participants for relection, sharing of experience and mutual insiration
to reflect and to work on the challenges and dilemmas related to the participants' projects
to take some distance to the project
- to share with other volunteers practical skills, to discuss important topics
to actively discover some historical and cultural background of Toruń
to develop the ability of dealing with change
to realise the competences volunteers has acquired so far, Youthpass and evaluation of self-directed learning

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

EVS volunteers from different countries working in Polish hosting organisations, 20 participants from different Programme and Partner countries

Training methods used & main activities

group work, open space, individual/pair reflection, discussions, role plays, team work, interactive games

Outcomes of the activity

Paticipants left the training with new ideas for their projects, new contacts, more energy and plans for the future.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My role – co-trainer. I have run mid-term meeting several times since 2005.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
