Trainer, facilitator, coach, project manager, youth worker.

Work experience

I have more then 15 years experience with non-formal education and experiential learning both on local and international level.

I have designed and delivered 18 Erasmus+ trainings/YE as a trainer or facilitator and participated in many more as a team member and co-trainer.
Apart from working in the international field, I deliver workshops for school on the topic of prevention of sexual violence, I facilitate and supervise teams and design on demand workshops, often on the topic of cooperation, team work and communication.

IN 2014 I co-founded an international NGO called Brno Connected.

Since spring 2019, I am part of the Czech National Agency Pool of Trainers for Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes, regularly working with international volunteers (on-arrival and mid-term volunteer trainings) and other actors of the programme (youth, youth workers, coordinators).

Since 2015 I have delivered more than 1600 hours of training to around 1600 participants.

I completed two years training (500 hours) on Systemic supervision and coaching, I went through numerous trainings on facilitation, coaching, non-violent communication, Way of Council, etc.

In the past, I worked in Impact Hub Brno for three and half years, as a community manager, supporting community practices, organising various educational, networking and presentation events and helping startups and social entreprises to grow and to be seen. I am using this experience in trainings on social entrepreneurship.
