In my trainings I use holistic movement to enhance communication, creativity, and emotional regulation, while fostering trust, cohesion, and leadership. Methods are adaptable to youth work, promoting wellbeing, inclusion, and resilience.
2022–2025 – Worked as a Recruiter at Mott MacDonald, further refining relationship building and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
2019–2022 – Worked at Monster (Talent Acquisition Consultant - full time), Get On Board (Sales - free lance), and Skilled Resources (Recruiter - free lance), developing active listening, needs assessment and intercultural communication skills.
March–July 2018 – Completed an Erasmus Traineeship at Ezi in Latvia, as part of my Master Degree, supporting the delivery of teambuilding events for companies and private groups, enhancing adaptability, group facilitation, and activity design skills.
2016–2020 – While studying full time, I cooperated with Associazione Vagamondo on project promotion, participant search and selection, and representing the organization in international projects, gaining experience in project coordination and intercultural teamwork.

2016-2019 – Graduated with an MA in Management and Development of Human Resources, combining theoretical knowledge of human development with practical skills in people management.
2012-2016 – Graduated with a BA in Philosophy, developing critical thinking and analytical skills.

2024 - Completed Personal Trainer Certification expanding my capacity to support people in achieving their physical health and wellbeing goals through movement-based approaches.
2023 - completed certification as AIDA 4 Master Free diver developing advanced focus, breath control, and mental resilience.
2016 - 2020 Completed NLP Practitioner and Master Training Course, Practicing Coaching and Training for Trainers at Olde Vechte Foundation, building strong facilitation, communication, and group process skills.
