Aims & objectives

- To provide participants with concrete tools and techniques that they will be able to apply in their organisations, communities and countries
- To engage participants actively in shaping their ideas into concrete actions they are going to take
- To promote innovation in youth work through entrepreneurial thinking
- To develop personal skills and mindset such as creativity, flexibility, ability to take risks and self-promotion

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The group consisted of 30 youthworkers, coming from 8 countries: Italy, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania and Croatia.

Training methods used & main activities

The activity was deliver using "learning by doing" approach (participants go through an activity, reflect on it and take out their personal learning)
Type of activities used:
- outdoor cooperation activities
- team building processes
- reflection groups
- art and creative activities
- group sharings

Outcomes of the activity

Based on their experience, participants are now more aware of their own competences and are accountable for creating results within their organisations.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I designed the programme and delivered it together with my colleague trainer Anna Sipos.

I worked on this training for 8 days as a full time trainer.
