Co-founder and Director of Everything is Possible UK and Tur Cos Ta Posibel Aruba. My experience and focus is predominantly around inclusion, supporting young people with fewer opportunities in international mobility activities. My training work takes me around the world with a specific focus on inclusion, work in prisons, community development and capacity building within NGO's supporting organisations to utilise the E+ & ESC. Based in Aruba.
Clair BROWN has 10 references for past work as a trainer and added 3 tools to the SALTO Toolbox.
International Director Full Time
My main expertise are working in Inclusion and within all fields of Erasmus+, ESC and UK Government vocational Turing programmes. I have built up a knowledge & practical experiences over the last 27 years in all areas of these programmes, delivering activities and trainings as well as inspiring new organisations to consider their own possibilities in these areas. Five years ago I set up Tur Cos Ta Posibel in Aruba a nation with very little presence in Erasmus+ and I have been since this time a key promoter of the EU youth programmes on the island , supporting capacity building and community development around the use of the programme and how it can create community impact and opportunities for inclusion. My focus is on activities within areas of social deprivation or with young people experiencing barriers to inclusion. My current focus is on delivering a TEAM ESC activity in KIA - our national prison.
My background is adolescent psychology which I have used over the past 30 years mainly in the fields of international mobility.
Historically in the UK I co-ordinate the contract for all EVS On-arrival, mid-term & Pre-departure training (short & long-term) for our National Agency for all volunteers hosted in the UK or sent from the UK.
I annually deliver a PBA activity applied for by one of the organisations I work for (Everything is Possible or Tur Cos Ta Posibel).
I have delivered Study Visits around prison co-operation and developing training activities about engaging this group for the Belgium NA
I have been a trainer on various NA and SALTO training courses for the UK, German & French NA's engaging offenders and young people at risk, young people with fewer opportunities and the professionals who support them.
My other passion after inclusion is delivering activities to support equity in the overseas regions and territories and I have delivered various activities for the French NA over 15 years in this field.
