To help youth workers supporting young offenders and those at risk of offending to consider the steps neccessary to support a youth group in preparing a Group Initiatives project.

Description of the tool

In small groups participants look at an example of a Youth Initiatives project which could have been prepared by or for this target group. Partcipants need to find any mistakes which would prevent the project being funded, such as age criteria etc and to consider ways they could support the group in not only receiving grant funding from the National Agency but also being able to project manage their plan.
