About:

I am an integrative body-oriented psychotherapist and this methodology is something I am passionate about, therefore I’m using it in my work, along with Mindfulness, and pottery. For many years I have worked on international projects focused on minorities, LGBTIQ+ topics, mental health, personal development, and inclusion and diversity.
Recently I have led an international project that published a comprehensive resource to support mental health of young LGBTIQ+ people.
