Aims & objectives

This Training Course is the second phase of the Long Term Project “Through Empowerment to Inclusion: tools and methods of non formal education for so-defined minority youth”.
It aims at providing space and different experiences for participants to develop their skills on how through their work they can facilitate the process of empowerment for young people in their community focusing on the themes of: empowerment, non- discrimination and inclusion.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The participants were from Italy, Spain, France, Sweden, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Training methods used & main activities

non-formal learning, peer to peer, and experiential learning.

Outcomes of the activity

The participants improved and developed new skills and learned about tools for how to encourage, facilitate and support empowerment among young people in their community.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Develop the program outline, prepare and run sessions, and support the participants in developing their sessions and activities.

I worked on this training for 8 days days as a full time trainer.
