TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
http://trainers.salto-youth.net/MaraArroyo/
Hi!
Here María, from Spain. I am a curious person who likes to be in continuous learning to know more and to know myself better.
Migrations, interculturalism, religion, children, social inclusion, and Eramus+ Programs, and European Solidarity Corps Program are within my main social and professional interests.
With a wide expertise in the youth field, if you need a trainer, just open the email and contact me :D
María Arroyo has 10 references for past work as a trainer.
European Projets Coordinator, full time
Youth worker, activist, social educator, trainer, project manager, concultant, project writer.... what else in only one person?
I identify myself as a very ambitious and curious individual. This gives me the chance to look for and learn from different experiences, with one thing in common: the believe on the youth power.
I have more than 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents and young people at different contexts. As a youth worker, social educator and trainer. Different approaches in each role, but with the main purpose: support them in the different learning processes.
This love for the youth power encouraged me to stablish and chair a youth association: Asociación Juvenil Talasa where I diven into the Erasmus+ opportunities as project manager. Although, I already had experience with the programme as a participant and also coordinator of the ESC.
As project manager and consultant, I have been managing different projects for several organisations and for different actions: KA1, KA2, CERV, Interreg, PRIMA, etc. I took part in all the phases of the process: ideation, drafting the proposal, gantt and budget; implementating activities; monitoring KPIs; following up with partnership; managing events and communication activities; delivering training and tailoring manuals, guides and reports. Webgate and Funding &Tenders Portal don't have any secret to me xD
I have a 70% of success in drafting KA2 projects and 90% in KA1 projects.
As a trainer, I am part of the Pool of Trainers of the Spanish Youth Council since 2022, where I had the chance to increase my facilitation and training skills.
I have delivered training related to youth participation and volunteering, fundraising, Erasmus+ Programme and other European opportunities, communication.
The entities I have provided a training have been: Spanish Youth Council, Regional Youth Councils in Spain, JEF, AGE, JOC España, ASDE Scouts, AFS. Besides, I have been a facilitator in two European Youth Conferences (in Spain, 2023 and Belgium 2024). I participated as trainer in the LevelUp Event in 2024.
I am part of the Pool of Trainers of OBESSUS (2024).
