TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

This mobility was within the framework of a KA2 project "YounGreentrepreneurs" whose consortium is formed by partners from Spain, Bulgary, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Ireland and Hungary.
The aim of the training week was to train the participants to create a sustainable product. Through non-formal education methods, they learnt all the phases (ideation, integration, validation and implementation) to take into consideration to create a product.
After this face to face activity, there was an online training activity
The trarining was addressed to:
- Youth workers --> 8
- Young people (16-29 y.o) --> total of 8
- Staff from each partner organisation: 6
As in the previous description, the participants came from 6 different countries Spain, Bulgary, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Ireland and Hungary.
Total of 24 participants.
After this face to face activity, there was an online activity where we trained 12 young people from North Macedonia
In this second mobility of the Cooperation Project, I was in charge of the sfull organisation of the training week.
During the training, I was in charge of the following session:
- Introduction to a Circular Economy model through a practical game: LEGO
I used non-formal education methods. In my workshops the activities we made were:
- Creativity through LEGO
- Work in groups
- Presentations of the work small groups
- Discussions and reflection on the topic
The training activity wanted:
- To promote the entrepreneurial mindset in order to give the participants entrepreneurial skills in the creation of a sustainable product.
- To provide a theoretical and practical context in the topic
- To work in smalls groups.

I was part of the staff in the consortium who was in charge to organise the agenda of the event a prepare the workshops.
Logistic:
- Arrange and book the restaurants
- Organise previous meeting with the partners to discuss about the content of the mobility
- Moderate the sessions considering the time
- Creating the agenda of the week together with the other partners
- Informing Spanish participants pre-departure of the training week: being in charge of the shopping of the trips, accommodation and maintenance.
