Marco Adda
Over the past 28 years, I have focused on training, education, performing arts, somatic practices and research, and social work.
Theatre, martial arts, Yoga, sports, nature and environment, and animal behaviour are the main focuses of my research and activities. Particular attention is given to social work: human rights and values, social inclusion, cultural diversity, ecology, animal protection and behaviour, immigration and anti-racism, social justice, community outreach and wellbeing.

Work experience
Welcome to my SALTO Profile.
Here is Marco. I'm currently based in Asia, and work and travel around the world. I'm a freelance and I'm a referent educator and trainer for some international schools and companies around Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia and Thailand. I have several collaborations around Europe and USA.
I propose a unique, non-formal multidisciplinary approach, called IntegralNeuroSoma. It is rooted in somatic work, movement, psychophysiology, psychology, ethology, neuroscience and other bodymind related disciplines. It focuses on sport, theatre, education, nature and environment, social inclusion, human-animals interaction.
I'm typically involved in workshops and masterclasses for educators and teachers, actors and dancers, children and teenagers, seniors, immigrates, people with different abilities, people in the ASD, youth at risk, ex prisoners, prostitution and others.
Several experiences in the field of recovery.
I've also worked as coach for management companies, through team building and motivational activities.

Educational pathway
I have been trained basically in theatre, martial arts, acting, coreography, music, singing, video and movie making. Degreed in Arts and Sciences of Theatre in Università La Sapienza of Rome. I attended classes and masterclasses with different masters from European and Asian traditions. I'm really grateful to all of them!
The most relevant experience I’ve had is 10 years as student and then facilitator for Tapa Sudana, who collaborated with Peter Brook during 18 years in his most relevant productions. He helped me to focus my own way as a trainer, performer and human being.
