How to create intercultural project..." was international TC organised by Czech National Agency. The aims of the training were to to help participants to understand and include more the intercultural aspect in Youth in Action projects and well as to promote intercultural learning in youth work in general.
To learn basic terminology and how to formulate the intercultural dimension of the project in the application form.
To develop understanding about the principles of youth participation
To understand what is not intercultural learning and how to avoid creating more stereotypes and prejudices.
To learn how and what can we learn from interculturality in the project and how to work with their own identity in the project.
How to organize the project in order to gain as much as possible from the meeting of people from different cultures?
Group consisted of participants from 12 different countries (both programme and partner countries), and trainers' team consisted of trainers from Czech, France and Poland.
During the whole training non-formal education methods were used including simulation games, role plays, group discussions and team games.
Participants have learnt how to understand and include more the intercultural aspect in Youth in Action projects and well as to promote intercultural learning in youth work in general.
I was full time trainer during this activity.
