Aims of the tool

To improve reciprocal communication between body and mind and thus affect the emotional state of a person.

Description of the tool

Body|Mind|Connection is a conscious method of working with body based on making exercises shown in movie clips.
It incorporates the main idea of reciprocal communication of body-mind and mind-body. Research show that not only our muscles but also our brain and nervous system are becoming more effective due to systematic exercises. In result they may lead to change in attitudes, provoke activity or shift in perception.
Mental-body exercises can be mixed in various ways and can be used both in individual and group context.
