"Factory of change"

The training activity took place
in Konstancin-Jeziorna, Poland
organised by Polish National Agency

Aims & objectives

The main objectives of the activities were:
to explore the role of change in participants' lives;
to explore how participants respond to change;
to identify way of supporting/ accompanying/ facilitating young people in the changes they are facing.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Group consisted of the participants from seven different countries and the team was composed of Polish and Austrian trainers.

Training methods used & main activities

During the activity we used the methods of non-formal education including simulations, group discussions, theatre activities, role-plays, council and team games.

Outcomes of the activity

Thanks to the trainings participants have become more aware of their own individual response to change as well as learnt various ways of supporting/facilitating change that young people are facing.
They had also opportunity to discuss how to support systemic change.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was working as full time trainer during this TC.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
